At Royal Palms RV Resort, our RV sites are designed with every traveler in mind—from quick overnights to long-term stays. With spacious concrete pads, full hookups, and big-rig friendly layouts, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth and comfortable stay. Surrounded by resort-style amenities and 70 acres of natural beauty, our sites make it easy to relax, recharge, and conveniently located near Tomball and within easy driving distance of The Woodlands, Spring, and Cypress (approx. 30–40 minutes to downtown Houston).
About Our RV Sites
We currently offer 106 full-hookup RV sites with everything you need for a stress-free stay:
- Large concrete pads – all back-in for easy access
- Full hookups – water, sewer, and both 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service
- Parking – two vehicle spaces included per site
- Xfinity internet is included – stay connected with ease
- Spacious layouts – large to extra-large sites, some with gazebos, added seating space, and extra guest parking
New Premium RV Sites
Royal Palms RV Resort is growing! Construction is underway on a brand-new section of the resort that will feature approximately 50–55 extra-large premium sites, available in 2025.
These new sites are designed to elevate the guest experience with:
- Covered RV parking for protection from the Texas sun
- The premium covers will be 25′ x 50′ and will provide space for an outdoor seating area under the cover
- Spacious layouts 25′ x 75′ concrete pad
- Expanded landscaping and improved amenities
