RV Type Policy

Approved RVs include Class A, B, C motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard-sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. Prohibited: cargo trailers, living quarter trailers, and cab-over truck campers.

Parking

• One RV and two vehicles per site.
• No tents, tarps, boats, cargo trailers, or utility trailers at sites.
• Overflow parking available for additional vehicles.

Speed Limit

• 5 MPH speed limit.
• Golf carts or side-by-sides require management approval.

Payments & Late Fees

• Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and cash accepted.
• Checks accepted for monthly rentals only.
• Late fees: $40 after 5 days, $80 after 15 days.

Admission & Site Occupancy

• RVs must be self-contained and RVIA-approved.
• Up to 4 adults/children per site. Extra charges apply for additional guests.

Trash & Site Appearance

• Dumpsters provided; no furniture, appliances, or construction debris.
• Sites must remain clean, neat, and free of clutter.
• No porches, decks, or clotheslines without approval.

Quiet Time

10 PM to 8 AM. No generators or loud music.

Pets

• Up to 2 pets per site (unless approved).
• Must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not aggressive.
• Cats must remain indoors.

Utilities

• Sewer hoses must use a proper collar/donut.
• All cords, hoses, and cables must be bundled.
• Firewood available at camp store only—outside firewood not allowed.

RV/Boat/Trailer Storage

We offer 24-hour surveillance open storage for only $50 a month.

Visitors

• All visitors must register.
• $10 per person/day if using facilities or staying overnight.

Liability

Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage from acts of nature.

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds.
• $30 service charge applies to all cancellations.
• Early departure counts as cancellation.
